It is delivered exclusively to the following terms and conditions. The contract comes with order of the orderer to conditions. Different conditions for orders of the buyer are valid only if they have been expressly accepted in writing.

The order will be sent by e-mail to info@bundenbachfossil.com. Please do not forget the article name and your address. The order is considered accepted as soon as you have received an order confirmation from us.

Payment is preferably via Paypal and is secured for the buyer. If you wish to pay in advance as a buyer, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. A delivery on account, we offer only existing customers.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

Delivery / Shipping
The confirmed delivery time is an expected delivery date. The sending follows after your payment.
The items are packed very carefully and are also insured. Should there nevertheless be a transport damage or a loss of transport, these are not at your expense.

The consignments are insured against damage in transit or loss. Only the actual postage costs will be charged. There are no packaging costs or other surcharges. The shipping costs will be communicated to you in advance in the order confirmation, which you will receive by email. Deviating shipping costs are included in the purchase price, if marked accordingly in the offer.

Value added tax
We are exempt from VAT. Bundenbachfossil.com is part of FOSSILAND, registered with tax number (UStNr.) DE343667608 in 72072 Tuebingen, Germany.


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Fossiland) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
